Sets bright purple, highly aromatic flowers which looks beautiful grown in gardens, fields, yards or just on a windowsill. Fresh or dried flowers together with pungent,intense flavored leaves goes well in flavoring lamb, game meat, makes soothing cup of tea. Dried flowers keeps away parasites, especially moss. Grows best in slightly calcareus soil, in a bright, warm location. Can grow in the same place for 10 years or more. Lavender is known for its calming and soothing properties, benefiting nervous system, relaxing the mind and body and supporting over all well being.
Growing:Planting season: In tropical climate start the seeds during the dry period; in temperate climates start the seeds indoors in Mar/Apr and transplant outdoors when the danger of last frost is gone.
