🌱 Growing instructions
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of seeds in a wide-mouth jar. Cover with a sprouting screen or cheesecloth secured with a rubber band.
- Add water, swirl, and soak for 8-12 hours.
- Drain the jar completely. Invert the jar at an angle in a bowl to allow for drainage and air circulation.
- Rinse and drain seeds with cool water 2-3 times daily.
- In 6-7 days, your sprouts will be ready to harvest. Drain well before storing in the refrigerator.
